Was shocked to see you leave out our man crush JOS (Whoops, I said it out loud). But actually think SAF will go for pace at RB and of the two I think Raf is ever so slightly better than his bro, but Fab has probably got the most momentum going in to the game. Either of the three is good with me though.

Think midfield 4 of TV-Carrick-Giggs-Park. Park, Rooney and Giggs can then alternate positions allowing them all to go hunting for the ball and find space respectively.

Would personally give Fletch the shout over Carrick, if both 100% fit, but not sure Fletch is. Think Fletch is nailed on to replace Carrick at half-time if the game is getting away from us a bit.

Think my team is a bit predictable and am half expecting a curve ball from SAF.

Fergie might like that stability.

If Scholes starts he sees red. So I’m indeed agreeing with and also hoping for the midfield trio you have selected. But I’d turn it into a four. I’m surprised about the lack of Hernandez, or even a mention of him. Fergie will want to show off his strikers, and with Hernandez’ perfect finish in the first few seconds of the biggest match of the league season just some weeks ago, I can’t see him being left out. So them two up front would be nice. With a midfield four, yes, a midfield four of Giggs, Fletcher, Carrick and Valencia. And the defence speaks for itself really. Anyhoo, just some thoughts. We are Manchester United, and we will win. And it’s a shame that I’ve had to leave Park out of my predictions.
