Bolton 0 – 5 United

I was away on holiday but have read plenty of reports and watched highlights…

Rooney is looking even better than he did before the ‘difficult’ season just gone and will surely be collecting the POTY trinkets at the end of the season if he stays injury free.

More importantly for me is that Chicha is already showing that his return last season wasn’t just a debut season fluke.

Gutted for Cleverley, but reports are he’ll be back within a month so not so bad. With Carrick and Fletcher getting up to fitness and Ando yet again proving he’s going to be a real force over the coming years, the midfield is looking vey healthy after all.

Again as I keep saying, not many teams will go to Bolton and win 5-0. Could it be that we have to stop being polite about it and just admit we are looking a cut above?
