The benefit of having not seen the game or any subsequent highlights is two-fold. First, I don’t have to write one of these, when I’m busy and the second benefit is all yours: the first one repeated. The silence that keeps on giving.
From what I’ve heard we played well-ish in the first half and then they gave us a good game in the second half. I never like to co-opt other people’s opinions on players, so that’s the end. BEST REACTION EVER!! Tune in next week for more insightful pontification.
p.s The reason I wasn’t watching was because my friend Rob, the Liverpool fan, came round and we watched that game instead. He told me Luis Suarez is the best attacking player he’s ever seen, though he has a questionable personality. Never heard of him.
