Can you help us give Michael Carrick a nickname?
Love him or hate him (or have an opinion on him that sits in the expansive area between those two poles), he’s pretty much part of the fixtures and fittings now and it’s become apparent to us at Bifurcated that Michael Carrick has never really had a nickname.
It’s Michael Carrick or Carrick. Surely, together, we can come up with something a bit more snappy than that, something that gives him a bit more character? You know like when you give someone or something a pet name.
One idea we had at Bifurcated was ‘Ricky’ after the similarity of his blank expressions to those of the eponymously titled character from EastEnders: we mean it affectionately of course.
So what have you got?
Idk about a nickname for him but I know he gives me Carrigasms! I’ll think about it today though and come back later with one…

The Statman because someone’s always got a carrick stat. His song could be similar to scatman
